For those who have no idea what this is (like me 5 minutes ago). >

Sega teamed up with Nintendo to develop a GameCube-based arcade platform. Bolstering their ranks was Namco, another coin-op stalwart with tons of arcade veterans.

Three companies, one mission: Triforce.

The Triforce hardware is built around a stock GameCube motherboard, with two Triforce-specific boards attached to it: the AM-Baseboard and AM-Mediaboard.

As of Dolphin 2512-395, Triforce support is here!

The article is very long and contains a lot of history and stuff.

I’ve been a developer for 25 years, and I enjoy reading the Dolphin blog. It reminds me that there are people out there who are incredibly dedicated, brilliant, and happy to solve technical problems just for the joy of it.

The length they go to to recreate even hardware bugs fills me with awe.

Even though the blog is filled with highly technical discussion, it is written clearly and excessively. I absolutely recommend it.

Incredible effort from the dolphin team (as usual!)

What a great article. Thank you very much for sharing.

Wow, that’s really cool!

Super neat. Never even heard of the Triforce project before.
