Nord.redHow does one acess Rhythm Tengoku's Debug Menu?

I mean, I got a portable emulator thingy with Rhythm Tengoku on it, but I don’t really know how does one activate the Debug Menu (shown on the image).

Try the third one from the bottom. That’s the only one whose name doesn’t seem to align with an obvious game mode to me
